Most flexible cancellation conditions

Balanced cancellation conditions

100% refund if canceled 48+ hours before100%
50% refund if canceled 24-48 hours before50%
No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before0%
Strict

Firm cancellation conditions

100% refund if canceled 7+ days before100%
25% refund if canceled 48 hours to 7 days before25%
No refund if canceled less than 48 hours before0%
Emergency Only

Very strict policy for emergency services

100% refund if canceled 7+ days before100%
10% refund if canceled 72 hours to 7 days before10%
No refund if canceled less than 72 hours before0%
Important Notes
  • Emergency exceptions may apply for medical or family emergencies with documentation

  • If an interpreter cancels, clients receive a full refund regardless of timing

  • Rescheduling within the same week may be possible depending on availability

  • Disputes can be raised through our support system for review
