Flexible

Most flexible cancellation conditions

  • 100% refund if canceled 24+ hours before
  • 75% refund if canceled 12-24 hours before
  • No refund if canceled less than 12 hours before

Standard

Balanced cancellation conditions

  • 100% refund if canceled 48+ hours before
  • 50% refund if canceled 24-48 hours before
  • No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before

Strict

Firm cancellation conditions

  • 100% refund if canceled 7+ days before
  • 25% refund if canceled 48 hours to 7 days before
  • No refund if canceled less than 48 hours before

Emergency Only

Very strict policy for emergency services

  • 100% refund if canceled 7+ days before
  • 10% refund if canceled 72 hours to 7 days before
  • No refund if canceled less than 72 hours before

Important Notes

  • Emergency exceptions may apply for medical or family emergencies with documentation
  • If an interpreter cancels, clients receive a full refund regardless of timing
  • Rescheduling within the same week may be possible depending on availability
  • Disputes can be raised through our support system for review
