Emergency Only
Very strict policy for emergency services
100% refund if canceled 7+ days before100%
10% refund if canceled 72 hours to 7 days before10%

Important Notes
Emergency exceptions may apply for medical or family emergencies with documentation
If an interpreter cancels, clients receive a full refund regardless of timing
Rescheduling within the same week may be possible depending on availability
