Most flexible cancellation conditions
- 100% refund if canceled 24+ hours before
- 75% refund if canceled 12-24 hours before
- No refund if canceled less than 12 hours before
Standard
Balanced cancellation conditions
- 100% refund if canceled 48+ hours before
- 50% refund if canceled 24-48 hours before
- No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before
Strict
Firm cancellation conditions
- 100% refund if canceled 7+ days before
- 25% refund if canceled 48 hours to 7 days before
- No refund if canceled less than 48 hours before
Emergency Only
Very strict policy for emergency services
- 100% refund if canceled 7+ days before
- 10% refund if canceled 72 hours to 7 days before
- No refund if canceled less than 72 hours before
Important Notes
- Emergency exceptions may apply for medical or family emergencies with documentation
- If an interpreter cancels, clients receive a full refund regardless of timing
- Rescheduling within the same week may be possible depending on availability
- Disputes can be raised through our support system for review
